Johtajilta edellytetään valmentavaa otetta. •Lean-opit ovat tulleet terveydenhuoltoon viimeksi kuluneiden 10–15 vuoden aikana. Kyse ei ole projektista, vaan pysyvästä ajattelutavan ja kulttuurin muutoksesta.
