Abstract

Este libro está dirigido a estudiantes del Grado en Educación y tiene como propósito acompañarlos en la comprensión de aspectos clave del ejercicio docente desde una perspectiva organizativa, ética y colaborativa. A través de temas como la coordinación docente, el trabajo en equipo, la cultura escolar, la identidad profesional, el compromiso docente y el liderazgo pedagógico, se ofrece una visión integradora del centro educativo como una comunidad de aprendizaje en constante evolución. Lejos de centrarse únicamente en la práctica de aula, el libro promueve una reflexión crítica sobre el papel del docente en el funcionamiento global del centro, la mejora institucional y la formación continua situada. Su enfoque accesible, riguroso y contextualizado permite al futuro maestro comprender que educar también implica colaborar, liderar, construir vínculos y transformar la realidad escolar desde dentro. Este recurso favorece el desarrollo de competencias profesionales fundamentales para una docencia comprometida, innovadora y consciente del valor del trabajo colectivo en la calidad educativa. Por ello, su inclusión en la formación inicial resulta especialmente relevante para preparar a los futuros docentes no solo como especialistas en enseñanza, sino como agentes activos en los procesos de mejora escolar.
