Derechos colectivos de las empleadas del hogar

Abstract

El reconocimiento de los derechos colectivos para las trabajadoras del servicio doméstico está reconocido en el artículo 2.2 ET. Sorprende el mutismo del Real Decreto 1620/2011, de 14 de noviembre, pero, tras la ratificación del Convenio nº 189 OIT y la aprobación del Real Decreto-Ley 16/2022 de 6 de septiembre, ha llegado el momento de pronunciarse sobre la regulación de los derechos colectivos y de la negociación colectiva para garantizar el acercamiento de esta relación especial al modelo común de las relaciones laborales y la dignificación de estas trabajadoras. Este estudio pretender destacar la existencia de los derechos colectivos, los obstáculos que impiden una efectiva negociación colectiva y la importancia del convenio colectivo. Hasta ahora el ejercicio de los derechos colectivos por estas trabajadoras ha sido escaso. Nuestro Gobierno tras las últimas reformas tiene el reto de regularlos.
