Una reflexión crítica sobre las luchas por la reproducción y los vientres de alquiler como discursividad neoliberal

Abstract

En este capítulo, que forma parte del libro Las identidades analizadas a través de las segregaciones histórico-culturales, se toma en cuenta la capacidad discursiva y normativa del neoliberalismo, desplegada a partir de la explotación de las mujeres, de la forma en que se instala una versión pública sobre sus cuerpos como territorio apropiable. Para ello, se aborda la temática de la explotación tanto sexual como reproductiva de las mujeres, asumiendo que tal fenómeno patriarcal es instrumentalizado por el neoliberalismo. El objetivo es analizar la racionalidad neoliberal desde una perspectiva feminista, definiéndola como lucha por la reproducción en un contexto de colapso ecológico. El análisis se fundamenta a partir de tres nociones: la concepción de hegemonía de Gramsci, la reflexión sobre el neoliberalismo y la crisis de reproducción social de Fraser, y la conceptualización de vidas precarias de Butler. Se examina cómo el cuerpo se convierte en símbolo de la lógica neoliberal al reducirse a materia prima que encarna el imperativo de la acumulación. Esto solo es posible mediante procesos de expropiación y destrucción, como los que pueden encontrarse en la violencia inherente a la prostitución, la pornografía y el alquiler de vientres.
