Abstract

El falangismo fue el experimento más exitoso del fascismo español, pero también representó una ideología y un movimiento político con aspiraciones fuera de sus fronteras. En los estados independientes que habían formado parte del Imperio español, o en los lugares donde se concentraba la población emigrante española, el falangismo organizó estructuras y células para participar desde ultramar en la revolución nacional-sindicalista primero y en el esfuerzo de guerra de los sublevados en 1936 después. Durante la Segunda Guerra Mundial también tuvo un papel destacado en los intentos de movilización de apoyos y simpatías para los países del Eje. En esta obra se ofrecen algunas aproximaciones a la organización de esos apoyos y a los perfiles de sus miembros y dirigentes en Hispanoamérica, pero también en África y Asia.
