Cine y discapacidad

Abstract

En junio de 2013 un grupo de profesores del Departamento de Fisioterapia, Terapia Ocupacional, Rehabilitación y Medicina Física desarrollamos la primera Jornada de Cine y Discapacidad en la Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud de la Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, y debido a su gran acogida por parte de profesores y alumnos, en noviembre de ese mismo año celebramos una segunda edición. A esta iniciativa le dimos continuidad con una III Jornada de Cine y Discapacidad que se celebró el 24 de octubre de 2014. En este libro hemos recogido algunas de las ponencias de las tres jornadas, en las que han intervenido profesores de la Universidad Rey Juan Carlos y otros profesionales expertos en la relación entre Cine y Ciencias de la Salud y sus aplicaciones docentes, divulgativas y terapéuticas.

Este trabajo ha sido posible gracias a la ayuda concedida por el Vicerrectorado de Extensión Universitaria de la Universidad Rey Juan Carlos para la organización de Congresos, Jornadas y Seminarios en la convocatoria de 2014.
