Movimiento 15M y feminismo. Una aproximación al carácter feminista del 15M

Abstract

Este estudio está dirigido a indagar sobre el carácter feminista del Movimiento 15M centrándose de manera prioritaria en la manifestación del 15 de mayo de 2011 que le dio origen, y en la posterior acampada en la Puerta del Sol de Madrid. Así, en un momento histórico que difícilmente se vuelva a repetir, esta investigación observa como en un contexto de voluntad de cambio y cuestionamientos al poder establecido, la sociedad en general, y determinados colectivos en particular, reaccionan frente a las propuestas y al imaginario feminista. Es un periodo que además se presenta propicio para estudiar la forma en qué las feministas actúan frente a estas reacciones, tanto desde dentro, como desde fuera del 15M. Es decir, en este estudio no solo se analiza las reacciones e interacciones del Movimiento 15M con el feminismo, sino también, por un lado, las estrategias que adoptan las militantes feministas desde dentro del 15M para hacerse entender, y para hacer su discurso más permeable dentro de una sociedad patriarcal, y por otro la actitud, opinión y percepción de cinco mujeres representativas dentro del Movimiento Feminista de nuestro país acerca de la participación de feministas en el 15M y del fenómeno en general.
