Bienestar subjetivo y consumo juvenil

Abstract

Este trabajo aborda la relación entre las emociones y los hábitos de consumo en los jóvenes. La investigación destaca cómo el consumo influye en el bienestar subjetivo de este grupo, mostrando que los productos y servicios generan emociones tanto positivas como negativas. Se analiza la vulnerabilidad emocional de los jóvenes ante la búsqueda de satisfacción mediante el consumo, pero también se observan aspectos positivos, como la formación de comunidades en torno a ciertos consumos y el interés creciente en el consumo sostenible, aunque con algunas contradicciones. Este análisis sirve como base para diseñar estrategias de intervención y alfabetización emocional, con el fin de fomentar un consumo más consciente y saludable que contribuya al bienestar juvenil

El capítulo examina la intrínseca conexión entre emociones y consumo en la vida de los jóvenes, proponiendo enfoques para mejorar su bienestar a través del consumo emocionalmente informado
