Plano de negócios: calções de banho outlier

Abstract

Este projeto tem como objetivo a apresentação de um Plano de Negócios, que estude a viabilidade económica e financeira, da criação da Outlier, uma marca de calções de banho inovadora, em Portugal. Esta ideia surge no seguimento da deteção de uma necessidade por satisfazer neste segmento de mercado, onde não existem calções de banho com bolso impermeável e claramente distintos dos demais. Os dados recolhidos demonstram que a criação de uma marca de calções de banho inovadora em Portugal possui potencial de negócio, apresentando indicadores de avaliação económica e financeira promissores, para quem pretende investir num negócio semelhante. Este estudo baseia-se não só em abordagens estratégicas e metodologias reconhecidas pela literatura, como também em resultados de estudos de mercado realizados junto do público-alvo. Foi aplicada uma gestão científica, idealizada para a criação de um produto inovador, que supere as expetativas do mercado. Este estudo contribui para a criação de novas proposições de valor para o público-alvo, que efetivamente façam a diferença na vida das pessoas de uma forma positiva, e ao mesmo tempo permitam criar um negócio sustentável e com rentabilidade para o empreendedor. Para os académicos, espera-se que esta investigação promova a discussão de como as empresas podem melhorar e desenvolver o melhor produto possível para o cliente, e desta forma, proporcionar satisfação e uma experiência incomparável. Espera-se que estas estratégias venham eventualmente contribuir para o desenvolvimento de padrões de produtos mais sustentáveis e estimular a criação de ideias de negócio inovadoras, no mundo académico em Portugal.

The purpose of this project is to present a business plan, in order to study the economic and financial viability of create Outlier, a brand of innovative boardshorts in Portugal. This idea arise from the detection of an unsatisfied need in this market segment, where there are no boardshorts with waterproof pocket and distinct from the others. The data collected show that the creation of innovative boardshorts in Portugal have potential to growth, presenting promising economic and financial indicators, for those who want to invest in a similar business. This study is based not only on strategic approaches and methodologies recognized in the literature, but also in market research data conducted among the target audience. It was applied a scientific management, designed to create an innovative product that exceeds the expectations and needs of the market. This study contributes to the creation of new value propositions to the target audience, which effectively make a difference in people's lives in a positive way, while allow to create a sustainable and profitable business for the entrepreneur. For academics, it is expected that this research and value propositions, promote discussion of how companies can improve and develop the best possible product to the customer and thereby provide satisfaction and an unmatched experience. It is hoped that these strategies will ultimately contribute to the development of more sustainable patterns of products and stimulate the creation of innovative business ideas, in the academic scene in Portugal.
