Abstract

O mercado da alimentação é um dos mercados que se mantem activo desde o início da história do comércio. É essencial para a sobrevivência do ser humano nas grandes cidades, que existam produtores e canais de distribuição que forneçam produtos alimentares. Esse mercado evoluiu e, actualmente, não só fornece produtos que garantem a sobrevivência, como também oferece uma variedade de produtos que procura agradar ao consumidor. É neste aspecto de agradar ao consumidor que este plano de negócio se insere ao procurar uma solução que seja vantajosa para fornecedor e consumidor. O aparecimento de um novo produto visa agradar ao consumidor, de modo a que o mesmo tenha o poder de escolha. O fornecedor ficará interessado se a sua oferta resultar num retorno financeiro positivo. O plano de negócio tem como objectivo identificar a oportunidade que existe no negócio alimentar de carne de aves, desenvolver a solução e identificar os recursos necessários para a desenvolver. Um dos principais pontos a desenvolver foi o marketing mix, actualmente essencial para que o lançamento do produto seja um sucesso. Por fim, este plano de negócio não ficaria completo sem cálculos que traduzam o retorno financeiro expectável para a empresa, sendo este instrumento essencial para a tomada de decisão por parte da empresa no investimento da produção de um novo produto.

The food market is one of the oldest markets in activity, standing from the beginning of commerce history. It is essential for the survival of the human being in the big cities that there will be producers and distribution channels to supply food to the big cities. That market has evolved and actually not only supplies food for survival but it also offers a variety of products with the goal to satisfy the consumer. It is within this aspect, to satisfy the consumer, that this business plan is in, looking for a solution that is advantageous for both, supplier and consumer. The emergence of a new product aims to please to the consumer, in order to offer possibilities of choice. The supplier will be interested if the offer results on a positive financial return. This business plan has as main goal to identify the opportunity that exists in the food industry and market, develop a solution and identify the resources needed to develop such solution. One of the main focuses was the marketing mix, nowadays essential for the product launch to be a success. The business plan would not be complete without the calculi that give an expectation of the financial return to the company. This is essential in order to decide if the company should invest or not in the production of a new product.
