Abstract

A necessidade da garantia da sustentabilidade nos oceanos, tem vindo a ganhar bastante importância nos dias de hoje. É exigido às empresas que adoptem políticas que preservem os recursos oceânicos. Este projecto consiste no desenvolvimento da sustentabilidade dos níveis da SONAE com o objectivo de: assegurar que o pescado comercializado cumpra a Política de Sustentabilidade da Empresa; estar acima dos 70% do ranking anual da Greenpeace; trabalhar e comunicar mais com os fornecedores; garantir um modelo de negócio a longo prazo. Para se conseguir atingir estes objectivos, será necessário que a empresa consiga garantir a rastreabilidade do pescado, verificar se existem fornecedores nas listas negras da Greenpeace, implementar um sistema de tomada de decisão e saber qual a opinião do consumidor relativamente à importância da sustentabilidade do pescado que é comercializado.

The need to ensure sustainability in oceans, has been gaining importance nowadays. It is required for companies to adopt policies that preserve the ocean resources. This project consists in the development of the levels of sustainability of SONAE with the objective to: ensure that the fish that is being commercialized. meets the Company‟s Sustainability Policy; be above 70% of Greenpeace‟s annual ranking; work and communicate more with suppliers; ensure a business model for a long term. To achieve these objectives, it will be necessary that the company can ensure the fish traceability, verify if there are suppliers in Greenpeace‟s blacklist, implement a system of decision making and know the consumer‟s opinion regarding the importance of the fish sustainability that is commercialized.
