Abstract

The relationship between reward systems, job satisfaction, and employees' intention to leave an organization is a central topic in human resource management and organizational behavior. Reward systems, which may include both financial and non-financial incentives, play a crucial role in motivating and retaining employees. When well-structured, these systems can enhance job satisfaction by fostering a positive work environment, recognizing individual and collective efforts, and reinforcing the alignment between employees' personal goals and organizational objectives. Job satisfaction, in turn, is closely linked to employees' well-being, productivity, and commitment to the organization. On the other hand, when reward systems are perceived as inadequate, unfair, or insufficient, they can contribute to job dissatisfaction, leading to an increased intention to leave among employees. The intention to leave, understood as the desire or predisposition of an employee to exit the organization, is influenced by factors such as lack of recognition, perceived career stagnation, and demotivation, often exacerbated by ineffective reward systems. A questionnaire was conducted with 154 valid responses, which were subsequently studied and analyzed using SPSS. The aim of this research is to understand how the reward system influences employee satisfaction and their intention to leave the organization.
