Abstract

A inovação digital apresenta-se com um potencial para enfrentar os desafios da sociedade, particularmente no que diz respeito ao quo tidiano dos cidadãos, recorrendo-se às TIC (Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação), de maneira mais sistêmica e integrada. Essas tecnolo gias transformam a maneira como os serviços públicos operam, desde o sector da educação, às organizações de saúde, transportes públicos, entre outros serviços públicos, ajudando a reduzir a burocracia, e melho rando a eficácia e eficiência dos mesmos. Nesse contexto, a definição de medidas, para uma maior inclusão digital para todos os cidadãos, precisa de ser uma questão central. Em suma, a tecnologia pode ajudar a alcançar uma maior produtividade, eficiência e crescimento económi co dos países, das cidades e da sociedade como um todo
