Comportamento do consumidor “NETFLIX”

Abstract

The thesis has as its main focus the Consumer´s Behaviour and what are the variables to achieve satisfaction .To carry out this research investigation, in an initial phase it was necessary to carry out an intensive literary study on the subject in question in order to acquire the necessary knowledge to be able to elaborate the project.. In a next phase, it was necessary to analyse the NETFIX company, in order to obtain the necessary framework for the development of the dissertation. It was also essential to develop a conceptual model on which the research was oriented and conceptualized, as well as to formulate the research hypotheses to be tested in the course of the data analysis. After a more theoretical first part, I then moved on to the development of the methodology required to carry out the research. In the primary data collection phase, an analysis of the sector in question was prepared, i.e. questionnaires were carried out (quantitative data collection), which enabled the acquisition of the necessary information to develop the research. With the elaboration of this thesis, it was possible to conclude that the variables presented influence consumer satisfaction, and correlate among themselves. This aspect presents an added value for companies to achieve the satisfaction of the largest number of customers, through these variables to be taken into account, achieving therefore the advantage over the competition.
