Psicologia ambiental nas empresas do futuro

Abstract

In the complex and constantly changing environment that defines today's business profile, the concern with sustainability has gained increasing notoriety. It is noticed, however, that companies still don´t have a sustainable perspective, being one more concept seen as fashion. This study intends to understand if the companies target of this study value human nature and sustainable design, and if they intend to contribute to the sustainability and preservation of the planet through the possibility of adopting environmental psychology in their structures. To verify the preposition of this research, the SEM methodology was used to test the conceptual model created, more specifically, through partial least squares (PLS). The results show that the benefits generated by environmental psychology impact positively in the managers intention to implement this concept in the target companies of this study.
