Estratégia e a longevidade das micro e pequenas empresas

Abstract

This dissertation has a main focus to prove the influence of the strategy for the longevity of the micro and small business. For analysis of the data it was accomplished the procedure of multicase study, with the realization of exploratory research, which had as study object the practice adopted by the four companies divided in two active and two inactive ones. The theoretical grounding was accomplished through a bibliographical research, with information related to characteristics, difficulties and behavior of the micro and small companies in Brazil and the State of Amazon. It was searched still profile of the entrepreneurs and the definitions of as if classify in Brazil a micro and small company. In the research on the behavior of this type of company it verified the causes that determine the failure and that measured to adopt to brighten up failures and to increase the longevity of the micro and small companies improving the management and consequently to increase the generation of job and income and the development of Brazil.

Esta dissertação tem como foco principal comprovar a influência da estratégia para a longevidade das micro e pequenas empresas. Para análise dos dados foi adotado o procedimento de estudo multicaso, com a realização de pesquisa exploratória que teve como objeto de estudo quatro empresas, divididas em duas ativas e duas inativas. A fundamentação teórica, foi realizada através de pesquisa bibliográfica, com informações relacionadas às características, dificuldades e comportamento das micro e pequenas empresas no Brasil e no Estado do Amazonas. Foi pesquisado ainda o perfil dos empreendedores e as definições de como se classifica no Brasil uma micro e pequena empresa. Na pesquisa sobre o comportamento desse tipo de empresa verificou as causas que determinam o fracasso e que medidas adotar para amenizar os insucessos e aumentar a longevidade das micro e pequenas empresas melhorando a gestão e conseqüentemente aumentar a geração de emprego e renda e o desenvolvimento do Brasil.
