Abstract

Em um mundo globalizado e sem fronteiras, a atividade empreendedora é de fundamental importância para o processo de desenvolvimento econômico de uma comunidade e de uma nação, pois estimula o crescimento gerando nova tecnologias, produtos e serviços. Considerando a necessidade de sobrevivência das empresas e a influência que o empreendedor exerce sobre ela, esta pesquisa vem com o objetivo de analisar e compreender os motivos que limitam o crescimento das Micros e Pequenas empresas alimentícias no Amazonas. Buscando atingir os objetivos da pesquisa foi realizado pesquisas bibliográficas sobre o tema, pesquisas junto aos órgãos de fomento no Estado do Amazonas, estudo de caráter exploratório e descritivo e utilizou-se o método de abordagem indutivo qualitativo. A consideração que se pode fazer é que há baixo preparo dos empreendedores no planejamento dos negócios. Não podemos afirmar que o perfil do empreendedor é o fator condicionante do sucesso ou insucesso dessas empresas, pois são inúmeras as variáveis internas e externas que influenciam na longevidade empresarial. Durante o desenvolvimento do estudo foram detectados algumas dificuldades quanto a disponibilidade de dados estatísticos ‘fiéis’ das empresas alimentícias no Estados do Amazonas, pois há diversos empreendimentos não registrados em órgãos oficiais.

In a world globalized and without borders, a activity entrepreneurial is a fundamental importance for the process of development economic for a community our for a nation because stimulates generating of new technology, products and services. Recital a need for survival of companies and an influence of the entrepreneur it carries on, the research is aimed at analyzing and understand the reasons that limit the growth of micro and small enterprises of Food in the Amazon. Seeking to achieve objectives of the research was carried out bibliographic research on the topic, search among the bodies to promote the state of Amazonas, a study of descriptive and exploratory nature and used the method of inductive qualitative approach. the consideration that we can do that is low in the preparation of entrepreneurs in business planning. We cannot say that the profile of the entrepreneur is the conditioning factor of success or failure of these companies, because the variables are numerous internal and external that influence longevity in business. During the development of the study were some difficulties regarding the availability of statistical data ' faithful ' of the food companies in the State of Amazon, there are several enterprises not registered in official.
