Abstract

Este projeto surge da vontade de aliar os conhecimentos adquiridos ao longo de dois anos de estudo no Mestrado de Administração Escolar e participar ativamente numa solicitação, feita pela Câmara Municipal de Lisboa à sociedade civil, de ajudar a resolver os problemas existentes na nossa cidade, neste caso dar resposta à educação para a primeira infância. O presente projeto centra-se em três pontos cruciais: 1. a identificação do problema, falta de respostas educativas para a 1ª infância, e analisar a pertinência para a resolução do mesmo, analisando a evolução da educação de infância em Portugal ao longo do tempo, comparando-a e inserindo em projetos a nível Europeu, estudando o papel da mulher enquanto mãe e profissional, qual a resposta de creche existente em Portugal e a função que desempenha junto das famílias e das próprias crianças; 2. a elaboração de um projeto, desenhando as várias etapas a percorrer, para a abertura de uma Creche, baseado na metodologia de projeto e cruzando com as competências da Administração Escolar; 3. por último, a elaboração de um projeto educativo, centrado nas preocupações atuais, tempo para brincar, contacto com a natureza, promoção de uma vida mais saudável e sustentável, com altos padrões de qualidade, que dê resposta a uma instituição de Creche na área de Lisboa.

This project arises from the desire to combine the knowledge acquired over two years of study in the Master of School Administration and actively participate in a request made by the Lisbon City Council to civil society, to help solve the existing problems in our city, in this area, if it responds to early childhood education. The present project focuses on three crucial points: 1. problem identification, lack of early childhood educational responses, and analyzing its relevance to its resolution by analyzing the evolution of early childhood education in Portugal over time, comparing and inserting in projects at European level, studying the role of women as mother and professional, what is the response of day care in Portugal and the role it plays with families and children themselves; 2. the elaboration of a project, drawing the various steps to go, for the opening of a daycare center, based on the project methodology and crossing with the competences of the School Administration; 3. Finally, the elaboration of an educational project, focused on current concerns, time to play, contact with nature, promotion of a healthier and more sustainable life, with high quality standards, that responds to a nursery institution in the area of Lisbon.
