Abstract

O desenvolvimento das novas tecnologias e as mudanças constantes em busca da excelência que ocorrem no mercado de trabalho, fazem com que as organizações tenham de sair constantemente da sua zona de conforto, tornando-se necessário agir com rapidez com o propósito de conseguir destaque no seu segmento. Esta Tese que segue a estrutura de um Projeto Empresa, foi efetuada com o objetivo principal de desenvolver um projeto que possibilite à Fórum Selecção identificar as fontes de recrutamento on-line mais utilizadas e eficazes no recrutamento, permitindo-lhe assim criar a estrutura mais adequada, funcional, eficiente e competitiva nesta atividade que é o seu Core Business. Desta forma propõem-se conseguir atingir o maior número em quantidade e qualidade de candidatos passivos e ativos a emprego, aumentando a visibilidade da marca e tornando a empresa uma referência no mercado em que atua. Com este estudo acerca dos Mídias Socias eletrónicos mais adequados à prática do Recrutamento On-line, foi possível á Fórum Selecção, definir um conjunto de estratégias e procedimentos mais assertivos e direcionados ao sucesso do Recrutamento e da Organização.

The development of new technologies and constant changes in search of excellence that occur in the labor market, make organizations have to constantly leave their comfort zone, making it necessary to act quickly for the purpose of achieving renown in their segment. This thesis, which follows the structure of a Company Project, was carried out with the main objective of developing a project that allows Fórum Selecção to identify the most used and effective sources of online recruitment, allowing it to create the structure, functional, efficient and competitive in this activity that is your Core Business. In this way, we aim to achieve the greatest number of quality and quantity of passive and active job candidates, increasing the visibility of the brand and making the company a reference in the market in which it operates. With this study about the electronic Social Media most appropriate to the practice of On-line Recruitment, it was possible at the Fórum Selecção to define a set of strategies and procedures more assertive and directed to the success of Recruitment and Organization.
