Abstract

O presente projeto tem como objetivo a elaboração de um plano de negócio de apoio à criação de uma nova empresa, a Maria Tangerina, retalhista de legumes e frutas. Na fase incial foram realizadas análises internas e externas, através de recolha de dados na região, aplicação de questionários em formato de entrevista presencial e também com possibilidade de resposta online. Estas análises culminaram num diagnóstico que aponta como pontos fracos o conhecimento limitado da promotora na área do comércio de retalho alimentar, o baixo valor de capitais próprios para investimento inicial, a inexistência de marca e a necessidade de legalização do espaço e obras de remodelação. Por outro lado os pontos fortes apontam para uma larga rede de contacto de produtores locais, existência de espaço próprio, conhecimento do público-alvo, proposta de conceito diferenciador, a experiência no antendimento ao público e formação e competências na área da gestão de empresas. Assim, tendo em consideração todos os pontos fortes e fracos do negócio bem como as oportunidades e ameaças externas detetadas, este projeto apresenta um plano de negócio que permite atingir os objetivos da empresa e satisfazer as necessidades do mercado. O projeto termina com a apresentação de um orçamento previsional associada à estratégia de negócio proposta, evidenciando um potencial de crescimento a médio-prazo.

This project aims to develop a business plan to support the creation of a new company, Maria Tangerina, a vegetables and fruits retailer. In the initial phase, were carried out internal and external analyzes through data collection in the region, application of questionnaires in face-to-face interview format and also with an online response possibility. These analyzes culminated in a diagnosis that points out as weak points the promoter’s limited knowledge in the area of food retail trade, the low value of capital for initial investment, the lack of brand and the need for space legalization and remodeling works. On the other hand the strengths point to a wide network of contact of local producers, existence of their own space, knowledge of the target, proposal of differentiating concept and the experience in the public relations and training and skills in the area of business management. Thus, taking into account all the strengths and weaknesses of the business as well as the opportunities and external threats detected, this project presents a business plan that allows to reach the main goals of the company and satisfy the needs of the market. The project ends with the presentation of an estimated budget associated to the business strategy proposal, showing a growth potential in the medium term.
