Auto-arquivo e cumprimento das Políticas de Acesso Aberto: o caso do ISCTE-IUL

Abstract

Em 2013 a Comissão Europeia apresentou as Guidelines on Open Access to Scientific Publications and Research Data in Horizon 2020. A 5 de maio de 2014, a Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia (FCT) publicou a Política de Acesso Aberto referente aos projetos que financia. No seguimento dessas orientações, em 2015, por despacho da Reitoria, o ISCTE-IUL atualizou a sua política. Os três documentos obrigam ao depósito da produção científica em repositórios institucionais em acesso aberto, com possibilidade de embargo máximo de 12 meses (no caso da área das ciências sociais), sendo aceites versões postprint e de editor. Com este trabalho pretendemos identificar o nível de cumprimento destas políticas e como editores, repositórios e serviços de biblioteca têm respondido às mesmas.
