Abstract

Dans une première partie, l"auteur ébauche une réflexion sur la discipline de sociologie du travail, en regardant ses successifs objets d"analyse: l"activité de l"homme producteur; le mouvement ouvrier; les occupations et les professions; les organisations et les entreprises. Dans un deuxième moment, on passe en révue les presque vingt années d"histoire de l"enseignement de cette discipline à l"ISCTE.

En la primera parte, el autor esboza una reflexión sobre la disciplina de la sociología del trabajo, citando sus sucesivos objetos de análisis: la actividad del hombre productor; el movimiento operario; las ocupaciones y profesiones; las organizaciones y las empresas. En la segunda parte, se pasan en revista casi veinte años de historia de la enseñanza de esta disciplina en el ISCTE.

Numa primeira parte, o autor esboça uma reflexão sobre a disciplina da sociologia do trabalho, referindo os seus sucessivos objectos de análise: a actividade do homem produtor; o movimento operário; as ocupações e profissões; as organizações e empresas. Num segundo momento, passam-se em revista quase vinte anos de história do ensino desta disciplina no ISCTE.

In the first part, the author reflects on the sociology of work, referring to its different subjects of analysis: the activity of man as producer; the labour movement; occupations and professions; organizations and entreprises. The second part comprises a review of almost twenty years of history of teaching this discipline in ISCTE.
