Tamme seemikute inokuleerimine suvitrühvli (Tuber aestivum) eostega

Abstract

Trühvlid on ektomükoriissed seened, mis moodustavad söödavaid maasiseseid viljakehi. Suvitrühvel (T. aestivum) on levinuim väärtuslik trühvliliik Euroopas ja kultiveeritavatest trühvliliikidest populaarsuselt teine. Eesti päritolu harilikku tamme (Q. robur) nakatati Eesti ja Gotlandi päritolu suvitrühvliga. Nakatatud seemikuid kasvatati erineva koostisega substraatides ja mõõdeti seemikute kolonisatsioonitaset 7 ja 13 kuu möödumisel nakatamisest. Seemikute elumus ja kolonisatsioonitase erinesid oluliselt sõltuvalt kasutatud substraadist. Ka eoste manustamise viis mõjutas oluliselt seemikute kolonisatsiooni, kuid mitte seemikute elumust. Mõõtmiste vahelisel ajal seemikute kolonisatsioonitase suurenes, saavutades 13 kuu möödumisel keskmiseks tasemeks 17%. Kõige efektiivsem eoste manustamise meetodid on suspensioon, millega saadi seemikute keskmiseks kolonisatsioonitasemeks 23%. Substraatidest andsid parimaid tulemusi keramsiidi ja sõelmete lisandiga substraadid, vastavalt 29% ja 25%.
