DMA mõõteseade

Abstract

Käesoleva bakalaureusetöö eesmärgiks oli konstrueerida DMA mõõteseade, mis oleks võimeline mõõtma õhukeste katsekehade dünaamilist elastsusmoodulit. Eesmärk oli, et seade deformeeriks katsekeha kuni 1 mm ning väljastab deformatsiooni ja jõu hetkväärtusi pingesignaalidena. Töö sisulises pooles kirjeldatakse erinevaid jõuandureid. Samuti on seletatud, kuidas sensorite signaali võimendada ning miks see vajalik on. Kirjeldatakse valminud mõõteseadet ning selle tööpõhimõtet. Töö sisuline pool hõlmab ka kontrollplaati, selle komponente ning põhjendusi, miks need komponendid valiti. Juhtprogrammi osas on seletatud lahti graafiline kasutajaliides, mikrokontrolleri programm ja on kirjeldatud, kuidas on kasutatud PID-kontrolli meetodit reaalajas tagasisidega nii jõu- kui ka positsiooniandurilt.
