Riesgo de inundación y gestión del agua pluvial del barranco de las Ovejas

Abstract

Esta investigación es la continuación del Trabajo Fin de Grado: “Riesgo de Inundación del barranco de las Ovejas en el barrio de San Gabriel (Alicante)”, realizando un estudio de riesgo de inundación en toda su cuenca desde su encajonamiento y cabecera, en la Cañada del Fenollar, hasta su desembocadura, en el barrio de San Gabriel. Para ello, se van a identificar los episodios históricos en el que el barranco de las Ovejas se ha reactivado, incluyendo las grandes inundaciones. El estudio de estos episodios abarca la serie temporal de 1950 hasta 2019, incluyendo sus tres últimos episodios de reactivación en este año. Además, se analiza seis zonas a lo largo del tramo del barranco de las Ovejas que tienen riesgo de inundación. Aparte de tratar el riesgo de inundación, se pretende analizar y proponer medidas para la gestión del agua pluvial, consiguiendo un doble objetivo: reducir el riesgo de inundación y aprovechar el agua. Por último, se habla del cambio climático y las posibles repercusiones que puede tener y cómo afectaría en las zonas de estudio.
