Ruido en holografía

Abstract

Desde hace más de quince años el estudio de las distintas fuentes de ruido en holografía ha sido una de las principales líneas de investigación del Laboratorio de Óptica de la Universidad de Alicante. Desde el primer artículo publicado sobre este tema por el profesor Oliva hasta nuestros días se han realizado muchos trabajos sobre ruido en holografía, consiguiéndose importantes mejoras en la calidad de las imágenes holográficas como consecuencia de la reducción e incluso eliminación de muchas fuentes de ruido presentes en la reconstrucción de los hologramas. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo fundamental hacer una revisión de los logros que se han conseguido en el Laboratorio de óptica de la Universidad de Alicante relacionados con el estudio y minimización del ruido en holografía, limitándose únicamente a los hologramas realizados utilizando la emulsión fotográfica como material de registro.
