Abstract

There are few studies dealing the funerary sphere of the Postalayotic period in Minorca (550-123 a.C.). This thing has led us to consider an estate of the art. Due to the problems related to the complex plant hypogea-postalaiotic funerary expression in the Minorca context- we decided to propose a methodological study in order to achieve a better understanding of this type of funerary spaces. Therefore, we intend to approach the knowledge of the funerary world of this island based on the consideration that we do not have archaeological data derived from systematic actions, but simply we merely have empty containers, structures that offer us a very useful information if they were known in the form correct.
