Abstract

Millones de desplazados internos viven en zonas controladas por grupos armados no estatales. Se requiere un compromiso humanitario directo con estos grupos para ayudarles a mejorar su comprensión y su cumplimiento de los Principios Rectores de los Desplazamientos Internos.
