Desarrollo del aprendizaje activo mediante problemas en bioquímica

Abstract

La metodología propuesta se basa en la resolución de problemas como clave para fomentar la capacidad de aprendizaje y de investigación autónoma por parte del alumno. Esta metodología se aplica en la asignatura de Bioquímica, en el Grado de Nutrición Humana y Dietética. Este año es una continuación del curos anterior, en que preparamos una serie de vídeos con la parte teórica de la asignatura. Así mismo, hemos seguido trabajando con una serie de cuestionarios ampliados. En esto cuestionarios hemos recogido las cuestiones más importantes de la asignatura. En la clase, trabajamos en profundidad los cuestionarios, que deben entregar. Tienen una semana por cuestionario, para poder buscar información o preguntar por tutorías las dudas más importantes. Se trata de acompañar y enseñar cómo y dónde encontrar la información para poder resolver los problemas de tipo bioquímico que se van a encontrar como futuros nutricionistas.
