Percepción de los estudiantes del grado en ADE sobre la ética y responsabilidad social corporativa y su influencia en la ventaja competitiva de las empresas

Abstract

La ética y la responsabilidad social cada vez tienen más importancia en el mundo de los negocios. Con ellas las empresas transmiten una imagen de seriedad, responsabilidad y compromiso ante los grupos de interés con los que se relaciona, lo cual es de gran ayuda para mantener la posición competitiva en el mercado. Así lo atestiguan diversos estudios que se han ocupado de analizar el impacto de la ética y la responsabilidad social sobre los resultados empresariales. Pero ¿cuál es la opinión que los futuros directivos tienen sobre esta forma de dirigir las empresas? Con la intención de responder a esta pregunta, se ha pasado un cuestionario a los estudiantes del grado en ADE (DADE y TADE) de la Universidad de Alicante que cursan actualmente las asignaturas Diseño de la Organización y Dirección Estratégica de la Empresa II, asignaturas cuyos contenidos están directamente relacionados con la administración y dirección de empresas. El estudio muestra los resultados a nivel global, así como su análisis en función de determinadas características de los estudiantes, como el género o la titulación.
