Son numerosos los estudios que abordan la investigación sobre la publicidad de alimentos. Con este punto de partida, este trabajo expone el desarrollo de una investigación vigente sobre la publicidad de alimentos. Para llevar a cabo la descripción del trabajo se abordará, en primer lugar, los estudios más pertinentes sobre la publicidad de alimentos; en segundo lugar, las principales características del proyecto de investigación subrayando las limitaciones y dificultades encontradas y, finalmente, las líneas de investigación futuras sobre este tema. El objetivo de este trabajo es servir de ayuda y orientación a otros investigadores que estén trabajando sobre este tema.
There are a lot of researches about food advertising. In this context, this study exposes the development to a food advertising research. To conduct this paper we describe, first, the main studies about this issue; secondly, the main research project characteristics with special attention in the limits and dificulties found, and, finally, the researches future lines about food advertising. The finding of this study is to help and orientation to others researchers who are studing about this subject.
