Los concursos de arquitectura como herramienta para el aprendizaje cooperativo y colaborativo en el grado de arquitectura

Abstract

En el campo de la Arquitectura la práctica de los concursos de ideas está muy extendida. El presente artículo presenta un PID que pretende familiarizar a los alumnos y adentrarlos en esta práctica habitual en las profesiones técnicas. La competitividad entre equipos por encontrar la mejor solución ante un proyecto con una recompensa final en caso de ser el ganador es una práctica que desarrolla propuestas/resultados muy eficientes. Para ello, los alumnos trabajan tanto individualmente como en equipos y desarrollan la práctica planteada en cada asignatura con la finalidad de optar a un primer premio. Los ejercicios realizados por los alumnos serán evaluados por un tribunal con expertos invitados en las materias, que determinarán el trabajo ganador en cada modalidad (asignatura). Entre los objetivos principales del presente proyecto se encuentran: mejora de la metodología docente en el campo de la Arquitectura mediante la utilización de la herramienta de concursos; aprendizaje colaborativo y cooperativo. Los alumnos aprenderán a trabajar tanto individualmente como en equipos, asumiendo roles y realización de comparativas de los resultados obtenidos en las diferentes asignaturas y diferentes grados.
