Abstract

La Red de investigación en metodologías docentes con TICS es una red multidisciplinar y multi-institucional formada por profesionales del derecho y de la informática que comparten conocimientos y experiencias que enriquecen su docencia en titulaciones muy diferentes y variopintas. En el curso académico 2013/2014 nos hemos dedicado al desarrollo de PLEs (Entornos Personales de Aprendizaje). Un PLE es un modelo formativo basado en el paradigma conectivista que ayuda a los estudiantes a tomar el control y gestión de su propio aprendizaje. Concretamente se ha procedido a confeccionar este sistema de aprendizaje personalizado para asignaturas de Derecho Penal impartidas en los Grados de Derecho y Criminología, así como en asignaturas de las Ingenierías (Diseño de Sistemas de Información Web, Teoría de Sistemas, etc.). Este modelo de aprendizaje se caracteriza por la puesta a disposición al alumno/a por parte del docente de diversos recursos y servicios electrónicos –vídeos, foros, blogs, wikis, chats, redes sociales– a partir de los que el primero selecciona los objetivos, los contenidos, las herramientas y las fuentes de información con los que adquirir las competencias de la materia objeto de estudio. De este modo, el estudiante puede establecer y planificar su propio ritmo de aprendizaje y, por tanto, controlar y gestionar su proceso de adquisición de conocimientos a través de una actividad no presencial; lo que favorece, en definitiva, su aprendizaje autónomo, tal y como exigen los nuevos títulos de Grado.
