Implementación del Plan de Medios y Redes Sociales del ciberperiódico Comunic@ndo

Abstract

El ciberperiódico Comunic@ndo es una de las herramientas de innovación docente que utilizamos en la asignatura Comunicación y medios escritos, de primer curso del Grado de Publicidad y RRPP de la Universidad de Alicante. A través de este ciberperiódico, los alumnos aprenden desde un entorno real lo que es un cibermedio, las secciones que tiene y la forma de redactar para Internet. Durante el curso 2014-2015 se ha iniciado una nueva vertiente del proyecto: se crearon perfiles del ciberperiódico en varias Redes Sociales y se ha implementado un Plan de Medios Sociales, con un equipo de alumnos encargados de ser los Community Manager. En este artículo se explica en qué consiste el Plan de Medios Sociales, las características que tienen los perfiles, cómo se utilizan y la repercusión que están teniendo. Estos perfiles, creados y gestionados por los propios alumnos, han generado un nuevo flujo de información y de participación en las prácticas de la asignatura. La utilización de Redes Sociales ha favorecido la interacción y la comunicación entre los alumnos y los profesores, al mismo tiempo que ha facilitado dar a conocer las prácticas realizadas a toda la sociedad.
