El RDL 11/2013 ha modificado el régimen legal del despido colectivo. Afecta principalmente a 1) los períodos de consulta (en verdad más por motivos de oportunidad que por necesidad); 2) la clarificación de los supuestos de nulidad, con especial atención a las obligaciones documentales (ex art. 51.2 ET); y 3) el reforzamiento de la acción colectiva sobre la individual.
