Abstract

Constatadas las deficiencias que ha revelado la aplicación práctica del procedimiento amistoso, regulado en el artículo 25 del Convenio Modelo de la Organización de Cooperación y Desarrollo Económico (OCDE), al objeto de resolver los eventuales problemas derivados de la interpretación y aplicación de los tratados de doble imposición internacional, la OCDE ha acometido la reforma de dicho procedimiento, a fin de potenciar su eficacia. El presente análisis se centra en las novedades que dicha reforma conlleva, con el consiguiente juicio crítico.
