Mientras los Balcanes esperan ansiosos las retrasadas recomendaciones de la ONU sobre el estatuto definitivo de la provincia serbia de Kosovo, los desplazados de Kosovo siguen divididos entre la perspectiva incierta del retorno y el rechazo a una integración en la región.
