Presente y futuro de los colorantes naturales

Abstract

A partir de una introducción a los tintes históricos usados en Occidente se realizará una prospectiva del uso actual de los colorantes naturales en diversas aplicaciones, tanto en aplicaciones en el campo de la conservación y el estudio de tejidos históricos y arqueológicos, como en su recuperación y explotación intensiva para fines industriales convencionales e innovadores (alimentos, cosmética, farmacia, etc).
