Tempestes i inundacions a Elx

Abstract

En aquest article es detallen algunes de les riuades i inundacions de les quals tenim constància a Elx, i que provocaren una gran destrossa en la ciutat i el camp, en especial les de 1751, 1853, 1982 1987 i 2008; es planteja també la inconveniència d'alçar les calçades dels carrers de la ciutat pel risc d'anegament que pot provocar en els immobles veïns.
