Abstract

Desde hace un tiempo, organizaciones internacionales como la Unión Europea, así como diferentes países hispanohablantes vienen implementando políticas para la redacción en lenguaje claro de textos administrativos y jurídicos. En ese contexto, tecnologías como la Inteligencia Artificial Generativa representan tanto una oportunidad como un desafío para que la adaptación al lenguaje claro de dichos textos pueda realizarse a gran escala. Sin embargo, aunque herramientas como los grandes modelos de lenguaje (LLM, por sus siglas en inglés) han demostrado tener potencial para lograr este propósito, todavía presentan varias limitaciones. Este trabajo de investigación busca evaluar la calidad de la adaptación al lenguaje claro de tex-tos jurídicos usando dos herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial Generativa: ChatGPT y Claude. Para ello, se realiza un análisis de la calidad de la adaptación a nivel lingüístico y a nivel del contenido jurídico empleando una herramienta de análisis de claridad, así como una encuesta realizada a un pequeño grupo de juristas y de legos.
