Realidad Mixta para Control y Planificación de Trayectorias en Robótica Industrial

Abstract

La integración de tecnologías de vanguardia en entornos industriales representa un desafío multidimensional que busca optimizar la eficiencia y seguridad mientras se facilita la operatividad. Este TFG plantea la implementación de un sistema innovador que utiliza las HoloLens 2 para establecer una interfaz dinámica entre el usuario y el robot industrial ABB IRB 120. La propuesta incluye el desarrollo de aplicaciones en C# que, a través de la realidad mixta, permitan no solo visualizar parámetros de producción y mantenimiento en tiempo real sino también dirigir el funcionamiento del robot mediante gestos intuitivos. Asimismo, se enfoca en acercar la naturaleza de los robots industriales a la flexibilidad de los colaborativos, ampliando su funcionalidad sin requerir hardware adicional. Se examinarán protocolos TCP/IP para la comunicación y se evaluarán las implicaciones de seguridad mejoradas que ofrece este sistema avanzado.
