Técnicas de identificación forense en gemelos univitelinos y gemelos bivitelinos

Abstract

Las técnicas de identificación surgen debido a la necesidad de poder esclarecer quién es una persona en concreto. En este texto, se establecen diferentes aspectos de identificación individual, métodos que se han utilizado desde hace siglos atrás y otros aún más novedosos dentro de una muestra específica donde se utilizan hermanos, en concreto, mellizos y gemelos. Para ello, en la primera parte del trabajo se realizará un breve recorrido histórico de las técnicas empleadas, mencionando aquellas más innovadoras que aún siguen en estudio. Posteriormente, habrá una comparación entre los grupos de gemelos bivitelinos y gemelos univitelinos, resaltando las aquellas características coincidentes con el fin de averiguar si el resultado de las huellas expuestas es idéntico o no. Finalmente, se detallará en la parte de los resultados aquellas conclusiones más relevantes, identificando los problemas surgidos a lo largo del trabajo con respecto a los métodos de identificación utilizados.
