En este capítulo se analiza el principio de exclusión de responsabilidad y cómo debería influir la implantación de un sistema de cumplimiento tributario, proponiendo algunas reformas legislativas al respecto. Proyecto de investigación sobre «El Derecho Financiero y Tributario ante el reto de la innovación científica y tecnológica» (PROMETEO/2020/092).
