Modelado de una vivienda en Blender y UE4

Abstract

Este proyecto está basado en el desarrollo del modelado y texturizado de una vivienda real. Para empezar el proyecto, comencé realizando distintas fotografías de la vivienda, dichas fotografías me sirvieron como referencia visual. Todo el proyecto se puede dividir en dos grandes etapas: - La primera consiste en la fase de ”Modelado, Texturizado e Iluminación”. Esta fase se ha desarrollado mediante el software ”Blender”, un software gratuito y de código abierto, desarrollado para la creación de distintos entornos en 3D. - La segunda parte corresponde con el apartado ”Audiovisual”, de esta manera, quiero aprovechar todo el conocimiento que adquirí tanto en el Grado Medio de ”Laboratorio de Imagen” como en el Grado Superior de ”Realización de Audiovisuales y Espectáculos” para unificar todo el proyecto en un único vídeo. Por otra parte, otro de los propósitos del proyecto consiste en modelar completamente una vivienda real para que pueda ser exportada a Unreal Engine, motor de videojuegos para que el grupo del DTIC ( con el que desarrollo el proyecto ) pueda utilizar su propia herramienta para la generación de datos e imágenes sintéticas, éstas sirven para el entrenamiento de algoritmos de Machine Learning aplicados a problemas de visión por computador. Los entornos domésticos son especialmente útiles a la hora de extraer datos sintéticos porque sirven para abordar problemas relacionados con la robótica asistencial.
