Medianeras urbanas. Variantes, modelos digitales y ensamblajes arquitectónicos

Abstract

Nacemos, vivimos y morimos en las ciudades. En ellas la arquitectura y sus proyectos se enmarcan en tejidos urbanos existentes frente a los que se articulan, posicionan y dialogan. Ante esta realidad, y en un contexto urbano en constante cambio y evolución numerosos fragmentos de la ciudad son también eliminados, mutilados o transformados. En este proceso, los edificios desaparecen dejando, en alguno de los casos, un último elemento común que actúa como testigo entre el edificio que existe y el que ha desaparecido, la medianera. El presente trabajo se centra en analizar dichas medianeras desde diversos puntos de vista y escalas, subrayando en todo momento la capacidad que estas tienen de ser interpretadas como documento patrimonial de la arquitectura de un lugar y un tiempo pasado concreto. Asimismo, se lleva a cabo un mapeado, catalogación y documentación de las medianeras existentes en la localidad de Crevillent que permita asentar las bases de un futuro TFM. En él se aplicará una estrategia proyectual centrada en la generación de nuevas arquitecturas a partir de los fragmentos que conforman las medianeras.
