Cyberpresencia para entornos educativos usando realidad mixta

Abstract

El nuevo escenario mundial impuesto por el virus SARS-CoV-2, ha provocado una situación problemática atípica en múltiples esferas. El cambio brusco de todo lo presencial a lo no presencial, no solo ha requerido un uso generalizado de la tecnología digital, sino también un cambio en la metodología y en las interacciones comunicativas. En el ámbito de la Educación Superior, el profesorado ha tenido que desenvolverse en nuevos entornos, siendo un gran desafío el uso combinado de la enseñanza presencial y no presencial. En este proyecto se presenta el diseño e implementación de un sistema de cyberpresencia para entornos educativos empleando las gafas de Realidad Mixta (RM) HoloLens 2 de Microsoft. Con ello, se desarrolla una herramienta de software que permite una mejora en los escenarios docentes universitarios mediante la comunicación en entornos mixtos. La herramienta posibilitará al profesorado universitario, integrar en un espacio común la presencialidad (alumnado en clase) con la no presencialidad (alumnado en videoconferencia).
