Red social de enfermedades raras

Abstract

Los pacientes y los familiares con enfermedades raras necesitan estar conectados con otras personas en su misma situación. El problema es que este tipo de enfermedades tiene una incidencia muy baja (cientos o miles de personas en el mundo), lo que hace que no exista un sistema para unir a estas personas entre sí. El objetivo de este proyecto es desarrollar una red social que permita conectar pacientes, facultativos y asociaciones y así proporcionar un sitio donde compartir apoyo y acceso a tratamientos.
