Discurso Oral en los Procesos Judiciales

Abstract

En la presente red de innovación docente se ha tratado de analizar el problema existente entre los estudiantes de grados vinculados a la Facultad de Derecho, en relación a las graves dificultades que presentan a la hora de abordar actividades académicas en formato oral, ya sean pruebas de evaluación, exposiciones de prácticas, defensas orales de trabajos, etc. Se ha tratado de buscar fórmulas que permitan al docente combinar en su metodología de la asignatura ejercicios prácticos que supusieran una mejora en el discurso oral del estudiante con el aprendizaje de contenido jurídico, especialmente, vinculado al ámbito judicial. Con ello, se ha pretendido ofrecer al alumno herramientas principales de oratoria extrapolables al estudio de otras asignaturas con la finalidad de su puesta en práctica durante toda su trayectoria universitaria para evitar que estas carencias se agraven más adelante impidiendo al estudiante el desempeño de diversas funciones vinculadas a este tipo de formación en el entorno profesional.
