Abstract

Las previsiones apuntan a que el cambio climático incrementará en gran medida el número y la gravedad de los desastres naturales, los cuales desplazarán a millones de personas en los cinco continentes. Es necesario que la comunidad internacional reconozca a los desplazados por los desastres y establezca nuevas medidas institucionales para proteger sus derechos humanos.
