La mejora del discurso oral en la enseñanza jurídica

Abstract

La propuesta de innovación docente que se desarrolla en el presente trabajo se inicia tras la puesta en marcha de la red denominada “Discurso oral en los procesos judiciales” aprobada por el programa de Redes- I3CE de Calidad, Innovación e Investigación en Docencia Universitaria, y que trata de dar solución a ciertas carencias detectadas en el alumnado perteneciente a las carreras vinculadas a la Facultad de Derecho, entre las que se incluye: Grado en Derecho, Doble Grado en Derecho y Administración de Empresa, Grado en Criminología, Grado en Relaciones Laborales y Recursos Humanos y Doble Grado en Derecho y Criminología y el Máster de la Abogacía de ambas Universidades de las investigadoras participantes. Se ha tratado de reforzar la oratoria del estudiantado mediante el desarrollo de ejercicios en los que se combinase el aprendizaje de la materia de derecho procesal y la mejora de la expresión oral. Los resultados obtenidos han sido positivos, aunque existen diferencias importantes en el porcentaje de participación del alumnado, atendiendo al planteamiento del ejercicio de una manera obligatoria o voluntaria, así como al curso en que se ha realizado. En conclusión, podemos destacar que la realización de estas actividades es bastante productiva y mejora la aptitud del alumnado, permitiéndole desarrollar las herramientas adecuadas en su periodo de formación académica.
